meeting.pl online system of selling conference, hotel and event services - a new tool created for the events and meetings industry in order to facilitate communication between the organisers of all kinds of congresses, conferences, meetings and events and venues which offer services in this area.
We do not charge for the registration nor for adding the offer to the system. We offer free promotion through our social media channels. We work on the success fee model.
meeting.pl presents the offer of carefully selected venues allowing them an effective and free promotion. The general offer of the venue is presented in a detailed and logical manner, so that organisers can easily find the information they are searching for and send an inquiry to the venue which meets their requirements. In this way hotel establishments gain a new sales channel and, what follows, the possibility of attracting new customers.

We aim at quality. In our database you will find carefully selected venues. Thanks to this, organisers of conferences, events and meetings will have the opportunity to send inquiries only to facilities that meet their demands.
A uniform and easily understandable template of inquiry received from the organiser will make it possible for an employee of the venue to respond in as little as 1 to 5 minutes
The system allows representatives of establishments to prepare bids with several price options. This is especially useful in the case of catering proposals since they often constitute a significant part of the budget and eventually may decide about the final choice of premises for an event. Through a special wizard the organiser can modify the offer by choosing from a virtually unlimited number of proposals. The system automatically calculates prices and updates the offer in real time.
The online communication panel enables direct contact between the employee of the venue and the organiser. This constitutes an alternative to time-consuming meetings, negotiations and to the exchange of detailed correspondence. Full control over the panel and the ability to respond quickly in the case of lack of availability, to modify or update the offer greatly improve work efficiency.
If you are interested in cooperating with meeting.pl please pre-register in the system. From this moment you will have the opportunity to introduce and change contact data as well as your venue's detailed offer. After registering, our representative will contact you to further define the terms and conditions of cooperation.
After signing a cooperation agreement the administrator will activate your account which will allow you to publish your full offer at meeting.pl. Up to this moment your data will be stored in databases but access to them will be limited to you and the system administrator.
After the publication of the venue's offer it will become visible in the database accessible to organisers – enabling them to send inquiries. The system will automatically send you notifications concerning new inquiries, changes in inquiry status and others.
After receiving an inquiry from an organiser you will be able to prepare an offer based on data previously downloaded into the system. As each request is different, the system allows you to modify specific parameters of your offer.
When the offer is accepted by the organiser the venue receives a notification and can communicate its decision by changing the status of the inquiry/offer to CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE. This is the last step: you have got the deal!
